EVEREST

Soft X-ray / XUV / VUV Spectrograph

EVEREST

Our soft X-ray / XUV / VUV spectrograph EVEREST is ideally suited for general metrology and spectroscopy in the VUV and soft X-ray range. It is a diagnostic instrument for both coherent and incoherent XUV sources, including high-harmonic generation (HHG) and laser-plasma sources.

EVEREST features aberration-corrected flat field imaging and is available with four gratings covering the spectral ranges soft X-Ray: 1-6 nm (206-1240 eV), XUV: 5-20 nm / 20–80 nm (62–248 eV / 15–62 eV), and VUV: 50-200 nm (6-25 eV).

Its flexible design allows users to maximize spectral resolution or light collection efficiency and supports a filter holder to accommodate thin metallic filters.
